Freezing of equipment location and utility needs (e.g., water, electrical loads, etc.) for the agreed plan
Sizing of Transformers, DG Set, Substation, and Layout Drawing, based on client requirement.
Generation of Electrical Line Diagrams from Load distribution, Electrical Lighting Layout drafting (in sync with Architect’s Layout), Supply authorities Meters, and other associated services like networking, smoke detection system, security system, plumbing and firefighting associated services given client’s requirement.
Drafting of said drawings for submission to statutory authorities for gaining permissions.
Drafting of tender documents that include bill of quantities, specifications and inviting quotations.

Running Cost
Maintenance Costs
Assisting in negotiations and freezing of contractor(s) including client/architects and suggesting most suitable agencies.
Generation of draft orders for placing orders with several agencies.
Getting sanction of contractor’s working drawings and designs.
Getting sanction of Transformer, Panel, DG, HT Breaker, GA drawings and Site/Factory survey.
The systems will be handed over to the user/client. Consultant will inspect the site more often than scheduled.
Certification for successful commissioning, certification of as built drawings and total bill of the contractor.
